A couple years ago, I made this 3D exterior visualization of what a greenhouse and hardscape would look like in a person’s backyard in a few days using Unreal Engine 5. This was intended to be more of a blockout than a fully finished piece. Numerous pictures were used for reference for the design. This was also used in VR to allow people to be immersed in the environment and see their vision come to life in 3D. Made with Maya, (Substance Painter), and Unreal Engine 5.
Greenhouse & Hardscape
A path traced render of beautiful vegetation mixed with modern architecture, a fountain, and a waterfall. I created this environment using Blender, Maya, Unreal Engine 5.4, and Quixel Megascans. The architecture was modeled in Blender and Maya, the fountain and waterfall were FLIP fluid sims in Blender, and the foliage was from Quixel Megascans with Quixel Bridge. This scene can also run in real-time with Lumen lighting. The Nanite feature was also used.
